The flat is for 2 guests, but it is possible to have an additional third guest as there is a sofa bed. Included in the price you will find: small pantry of first necessities, bed linen, bath linen, disposable slippers, bath set (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and a welcome gift. All consumption (heating, air conditioning, internet) is included in the price. For guests there is also a satellite Led TV and a personal safe.
The apartment is the result of two years of renovation work completed in July 2021, which has made it possible to combine sensitivity to the environment (untreated wooden floors, biocalce and marmorino plaster) with sustainability and the latest technology (LED lights, remote controlled and automated opening, air conditioning, modern appliances with low environmental impact, free WiFi).
