About the Accommodation

The apartment is at the complete disposal of the guests, and it is composed as follows: entrance, a glass stairway, living room (with sofa, armchair and television), bedroom king size/matrimonial (for 2 person) and a bathroom. The apartment do not have a "real kitchen" but only a kitchen cart with allow to prepare a fast breakfast or lunches and consists of minirefrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses and crockery. Included in the price you will find: small basic necessities, bed linen, bath linen, bath set (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and a welcome gift. All consumption (heating, air conditioning, internet, etc) are included in the price. The light is the distinctive element of this elegant apartment, set between a field and a small square with open views, equipped with six large windows (all equipped with mosquitos nets) and a beautiful light that plunges it at all hours in warm and enveloping colors. We have all modern domestic appliances such as air-conditioned Daikin Emura top, HD samsung television and many other pieces of design.

Our apartment is available on the main online apartment booking sites (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, Homeaway and Tripadvisor). In particular, on Booking we are "Genius Partner" with a rating of 9.7 /10 (Booking/Biennale Art 1886), while on Airbnb we are "Super Host" with a rating of 4.9 /5 stars (Airbnb/Biennale Art 1886).

Please tell us at what time you will arrive to organize the check-in at least 72 h before your expected arrival. To offer the best comfort, the structure offers a video intercom that, in addition to having the classic function, allows you to communicate via video call with the host for any clarification or important information. The guest may have the possibility to check-in remotely as an alternative to the "normal" check-in made personally by us. Please let us know what you prefer. 

The unit can be rented together with the apartment downstair "Venezia Luxury Biennale Design" which can guest two persons. According to Italian law, we need an identity document and the guest has to pay the city tax of 4 euros for person daily (for a maximum 5 days) at the moment of the check-in.

Neighbourhood

The sestiere of Castello manages to combine the beauty of the most authentic Venice with big and green spaces, with a multitude of small shops, bars and restaurants in a true Venetian tradition, alternating with numerous art galleries and picturesque views. The apartment remains central, near San Marco, but sheltered from the crowds of daily tourists. All this in complete safety, at any time of day or night, in fact, you can walk safely in lighted streets even during the night.

Transport

The apartment is very easy to reach from almost every part of the city. We give you some advices to reach the apartment:

• From Venice Marco Polo International Airport: you need to take Alilaguna Blue Line motorboat (from the airport) and you will arrive in 70 minutes of navigation at the "Arsenale" stop, where you need to go down and in 10 minutes walking you reach Campo Ruga 141 or Calle Volto Ruga Vecchia 141
• From Piazzale Roma: you need to go to "Pontile E", from there you can take either the Vaporetto 6 or 4.1 or 5.1 lines and after 18 minutes you need to get off at the "Biennale" stop and in 10 minutes walk you reach Campo Ruga 141 or Calle Volto Ruga Vecchia 14.
• From Santa Lucia Railway Station (from the "Ferrovia"): you need to reach the ferrovia pier and there take the vaporetto line 1, get off at the "Giardini" stop and from there in 8 minutes (700 meters) you can reach Campo Ruga 141 or Calle Volto Ruga Vecchia 141, passing through some of the most evocative places in Venice.
• From airport "Canova" Treviso: you can take ATVO bus line number 351 directly to Venezia Piazzale Roma and then follow the instruction given before (point 2)
